Tomi Dayo-Isijola is the managing partner Sparxe Limited, a tech-consulting firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has over 17years working experience, with proven expertise and delivery in IT, Real Estate, Healthcare, Energy/Power-related service sectors in Nigeria. As a trainer he has successfully delivered various instructor-led training programs physically and virtually to a wide audience (700+) – including fresh graduates to senior/C-level executives for over a decade. By the end of this 2-day session, participants will be able to:

- Plan and prepare localized, risk-based audit checklists.
- Gather objective evidence confidently using professional interviewing techniques.
- Classify, write, and report clear Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) that drive improvement.
Day 1: Foundations & The Auditor’s Lens
Day 1 focuses on clarifying the “why” behind quality management and translating standard clauses into dynamic, auditable processes.

Day 2: The Art of Auditing & Reporting
Day 2 shifts entirely into execution—putting tools into practice, managing communication hurdles, and generating documentation.
